Full time since mid Jan this year (left the 8 years old job and have nothing else to do :D).

Was introduced to trading 2-3 years ago but started actual serious learning/experiencing early last year.

Jan'14 : B/E
Feb'14 : about 10% (Have small capitol so this is not great)
Mar'14 : Positive so far
I hear you....i also left my job after 8 yrs.

After 8 yrs, i realized i was making money for my bosses while i made peanuts.

There are two kinds of people in this world, those who make money/wealth for themselves and those who help others make money/wealth.

Rightly said. In fact, I was doing great in my job (according to my bosses) :D. But I really hated what I was doing thought I made some good peanuts ;) (is helping in survival now).

Wow Manishchan bhai so good to hear your way. All the best, don't worry you will make very good returns. 10% per month is a good return if you have drawdown less than 2.5%. Infact very good return. I was able to consistently get this returns for past 9 months, but drawdown when happened were 5% to max. Now I have fine tuned my risk apetite to get consistent 10% return with less than 2% drawdown. Although not yet achieved it, implementing this in March only.

We are walking together :D

Thanks brother. Don't know where the future is so just going with the flow. At least I'm happy doing what I'm doing :D
I have controls on my draw down but my two enemies which I'm trying to control now a days are, "Over Trading" and "Being trend biased". These two caused a lot of dents on my trades over the last 1.5 months.

Bhai.. that's embarrassing. I am tumbling trader. Like a toddler. Whatever trade I'm able to take are because of TJ. Some of the people I have learnt a lot from are ST, SAINT, RAGHAV, Pratap, Anvy (check out their threads..simply superb) and continue to do so. I can't be thankful enough to them.

I follow Santosh, XRAY27, Suri, and many others as I come across in TJ who are amazing in their analysis and teach a lot to newcomer like me.

And welcome neibour ;) We had a meet up for people in HYD in Jan (check my thread). We can do it again if people are willing to :)
