Then around 1:40.. there would be circuit hit... either side :D

Read a news that brokers are requesting both exchanges to be open for extra hours on the result day and then extra trading day that Saturday..
I am curious that before this circuit [if it happens] how much Volatility will be there at every news of lead or trailing. :D

Time for some positive self talk.The event could be an opportunity to make good money as after the event the markets will trend and give good range so even daytraders can make good gains many days after the election results.

For election results, think of straddle or spreads buying opportunities. Or buy futures and protect it with buying of puts if the view is bullish....

I disagree. I would advice none or very very light positions, if at all. I think that buying deep OTM options will not prove very useful.
