Here ends another "no loss" streak of 11 sessions. Let's hope it's just a higher low.

What shop you have TP ? Can you concentrate on trades while dealing with your customers ? I cannot even take a phone call when I am in a trade, find it very disturbing. How do you manage other business and trading ?

Cybercafe. The bigger problem in this business is that other shops have a counter which prevents the customer from reaching them. The shopkeeper can keep a gap. Here we don't have a counter as such. The customer can not only come right upto you, right next to you, peek onto your screen and piss on about this and that. Also, even a 5Rs. customer thinks that he is buying the shopkeeper, not only the services. The same with the people who don't really want to buy anything, just inquiring or "need a little help"..This leads to a lot of magazmari at times.

Phone ? heck, my visiting cards don't carry my phone no; only my personal contacts have it. Still I get disturbed by the phone.

correct. this calls for a contrarian short for a target upto 3ema level.

someone had posted a amazing ema contrarian strategy in this forum. He traded US stocks on swing basis using this method.

TP bhai Bangalore mein 5rs pe Cyber cafe mein mouse bhi touch karne nahin dete hai...time to increase ur tariff, Make an excel sheet put some complicated macros take Inflation into account and charge

the surfing charges are Rs. 10 per 15 min. The unit is 15 min, not 1 hour as in the past.

Edit: Anyway, cybercafe is a dying/dead business like STD/PCOs of past. Need a career change.

evergreen business is fast food. no matter which corner of India you open up, no matter what size of shop you have, no matter what quality of food you serve, you'll make money.

Cyber Cafe se playstation kardo....children get addicted to these games and parents send them to time pass !!! :thumb:

If they bring these games home kids spend lot of time on that...so they will send them to play for few hours per week. Give the membership and offer!..Just an idea!

I have seen such business in Bangalore and its seems running well. :thumb:

evergreen business is fast food. no matter which corner of India you open up, no matter what size of shop you have, no matter what quality of food you serve, you'll make money.

Right. But it has its own headaches. You sacrifice your evenings and weekends and holidays. Then there are the problems with licenses, labor, inventory, food spoilage etc..etc....it's not easy, even a vada pav / franky stall. Though a franky appears to be the better option in fast food chain.
