What about the shop/rent, licenses, food spoilage etc ?? Also, too much labor intensive - personal as well as hired. And no holidays, specially on weekends and other vacations.

With tears in my eyes and with heavy heart, I really wish some good government comes to power in delhi...
Delhi police sucks big time..
One of my friend went to delhi and was on his way to railway station at 6 Am in delhi..He was crossing the road and he was hit by some vehicle due to which he died...His parents back home were expecting him to return as he was on visit to Hrishikesh ....Delhi police were not able to catch culprit....just 7days before this we had a grand party, still fresh in my memory.....Life is strange....May your soul rest in peace....

actually its all duue to corruption....most of the constables or can say staff is either from up or haryana and they give hefty amount as bribe to get the job....so most of the time they try to recovery that amount not solving the cases..

No need...take small party orders, orders for school breakfast, go for a niche segment of catering to small groups for small home functions, kitty parties, friends get-togather......

One guy I know started like this and now he provides upma/breakfast to 2000 school children every day from 4 schools....he has sandwich making machines now.

4 bhains paal le , doodh bech bhai
