The problem is not about late night sleeping. :annoyed:
The problems comes when one is not adequately sleeping of at least 6 hour.
Late night sleep is not a problem if you used to awake late. :rofl:
I sleep at 2:30AM and awake around 8:45 AM.
I am healthy and fit like a teenager as I exercise regularly and eat good food and sleep 6 hour+. The food we are taking is also very important for our health. And following a strict routine ie, same of time to go sleep is also important.
So, following a fixed routine, sleeping 6+hr [must], eat healthy food and exercise regularly what we all needs. Nothing else.
A secret tips for more health, I take a nap of 1 hour in evening after exercise many times.
If you seep at night just remember to awake late 8-9 AM at least like me. :rofl:
Or you must sleep early.
And a trader must take a holiday break of 10-15 days to be afresh and energetic. It reduces stress. I said that earlier to Ravi Bhai. Still he is trading every day. Please listen to me.
This is good that you are sharing routine.Kindly can you emphazise more on food quality in the sense more about healthy food and your diet chart,if possible.
