No one gets banned or warned unless he does some objectionable posts. So if a person is posting normal posts, there is no worry for him....while posting a wrong post everyone knows that it is not a good post...so avoid such posts..Light fun..legpulling also is fine...but should not be done with arrogance and with the aim of insulting someone.
Expressing different view is also fine....in market someone may be bearish, I may be bullish...but that gives me no reason to call someone " foolish"
Ravi probably is unhappy with some goings on in this thread last few days...so all work for keeping this thread clean.

ST, i personally feel (a suggestion) that it wud help a long way if members who are banned,warned or whose threads r closed to make dem know personally or directly d reason for d action so dat dey can take appropriate action/rectify der mistakes while aproaching d forum fresh.rest, it all depends on d rules followed by mods or admin though

Yes Sudoku, agreed fully. We must explain why the action was taken ( the person may argue against it ,but still we take firm action.) But generally all actions like ban are after giving warnings and 1-2 chances....but inspite of those warnings people get into defiant mood and challenge the warnings and keep repeating the wrong behaviour.
