In Pi if you see missing candles, go to directory where Pi is installed.
In Charts folder, you can see scrips named like this
BANKNIFTY17MARFUT_Minutely_15_10.chart
Delete the one giving problem and open chart again.

I disagree with the last line. Females in the forum are also equally helpful.
