Sir, You said it like a Tv analyst. very nice.
But what is a metal Index ?
It is a combo of few metal stocks.
Means, metal stocks are looking at further correction.
Means, If Metal stocks Hold, then Metal sector will bounce.
To give it in a Example:
Question: Why is Tata Steel Falling & when will it bounce ?
Answer: Tata Steel is falling because Tata Steel & few others are falling. When Tata Steel Stops Falling and holds, then Tata Steel will bounce.
I am not sure as to why it has come down from 500 level specifically. But on the daily, its been in a down trend from 700 levels which is likely to continue. I expect TS to break 460 this time and head down to 390 levels as the Metal Index is looking at further correction (Trade wars/Demand woes etc). If the Metal Index holds on to 2800 then a bounce in this sector is possible and downside targets will go to the trash bin.
On the News side the JV with thyssenkrup went bust which is a negative for the stock.
