Day Trading Stocks & Futures

I think two big reasons are,

1. If I scale up the lot size in a single order, my fear is going up and confidence is coming down. So I am acting very quickly on the open loss position and booking frequent losses even if they go slightly opposite.

2. I like trading, but I do not want to choose this as a career full time. I am trading full time from 6 months as I'm free now till I get engaged in some business plan.
Trading full time with job going on?

Why are we speculating? Ask mr @Tejas Khoday how broker work on client data ;)

Its well known that Bank Nifty is manipulated on expiry days by using hdfc twins. So its easy to do this if you have money. Period. Do they take retailers deliberately? May be or may be they are taking out their competitors
HDFC is not even in the Bank Nifty my friend.

It happens with me too..
I think the main reason for trading low is to see the positional loss or gain in money..we just ignore the %age..only see the real amount...that affects the judgement..
I don't know but I don't see the percentage in daily option trades..just buy and sell at comfortable points. Or avg and try to exit at break even.
I just feel like booking small profits and some how make money EOD. That is reason I trade ATM options mostly as they give fast exits.

Our guess on market direction must have an edge for sure. But from my trading exp I learned that if the guess fails, our trading style also must have an edge to limit the losses in the wrong trade.

The issue is if the economy in question is a 'Modern' one, then all other things being equal situation does not arise. If the employers in a modern economy do not find employees then either the government increases immigration or they invest in productivity through automation/moving up the value chain. This has been my observation looking at Japan, Europe, USA, Canada etc.
I agree but there's a reason why the term "ceteris paribus" is used in economics & other sciences. Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is that population-increase/decrease can have a significant impact on national GDP, which is why I don't like the obsession with the national GDP growth to underline how well a nation is doing because I'd rather want us to grow on the basis of innovation & technology rather than largely on the basis of population-growth. So, when we set these targets for national GDP growth, we must consider that as the population-growth in India slows (I HOPE SO), it MIGHT have a negative impact on GDP, & we should be fine with that.

If a country's national GDP is somewhat stagnant, & yet, if the per capita GDP (PPP) is going up, then is that such a terrible thing for its people? What do you think?
