could you please tell me why ginni filaments has hit lower circuit today?..i jus know its IPO was supposed to open today....if you could shed some light on what has happend...i'll be very greatful..

Since Karthik is on holiday, let me try to answer your query. GINNI Fila has announced IPO. The price band is fixed at Rs.19-22. Does it make sense to HOLD the stock at these levels then? NO it does not. So you dump it now and buy at lower levels. Thats what is happeneing. You take advantage of the arbitrage. The stock is going to see further downside. So sell away. Or Hold till the IPO closes on 23 Dec, then one month till it gets re-listed. On re-listing, we may see the price moving upwards again.

So its a SELL now or a 2 months HOLD.

Hi,

I am new member registered today and was following this thread for quite sometime.
Good discussion and info in the thread. I am a novice trader and lot a quite a bit of money. Still trying to understand the stock behaviour.
Looking at the Hexaware Line Chart, looks like it is forming it has formed Elliot Wave pattern and currently in the process of forming wave 2.
Any comments from experts? Pls correct me if i am wrong.

I have around 730 shares of Manapuram General Finance with around -8% from the current price. Looking at the past results, the PAT have been consistently improving for the past couple of years. I have been holding this stock for 2 months.

Any inputs on the stock from the experts is welcome.
