I sent 500 shares certificates of Videocon International Ltd with Folio Nos K 41424/ P41483/ S100692/ S80750/80007/ K-152492 and A 21025 to the company office M/s Videocon International Ltd., Autocars Compound, Adalat Road, Aurangabad-66, for favour of transfer in my name on 7.8.98. But till to date I have not received shares back despite many reminders.

I also dont know more..

But naturally I should write the shares Qty., Bought Dt

and the other about their

phone, becoz its not working.. and other one is busy from long time.

That's all I know IF there is any addition then My Friend Karthik Can add..

I have registered the complaint under head IX.
Complaint:
Videocon Intl was merged with videocon Industries and company was delisted on 5th Jan.But till date I have not received the shares of Videocon industries.Their transfer agents phone is not working.We are unable to contact them.
