The problem with nse indices data is that sometime they are not updated timely. Yesterday was one such day. You can try again.

Futures data issue will be sorted out in upcoming release.I can plead for patience, a bit more.

hi pankaj, How are u. Sorry for disturbing to u but today i encountered a peculier problem. The problem is....

Today i had downloaded F&O data of 20 jan 2008 to 31 Jan 2008.Each and every file get downloaded smoothly.. no probs.

But when i tried to converted them then files upto 23 Jan 2008 get converted. I don't understand why but this utility is not converting files from 24 Jan to 31 jan 2008.

I intentionally deleted one of the text file Equity and downloaded again and convert it.. it get converted smoothly..... but the utility is not taking the F&O files. WHy????

when i try it is not showing me any error message... simply message appear tht..." Processing over".... if u find time than plz reply.....

Hi Chintan

This problem is due to increase in size of F&O files from NSE. Now it contains more than 32000 lines so internal counter is not able to process it and simply aborts.
Solution is simple but the problem is as I am in the middle of code rewrite, compiling old code can not be done.

There is a temporary solution . If you are able to open file in excel then delete manually some line containing volume equal to zero. Once line number is less than 32000, it will convert.

thanks for quick reply pankaj...... but this is also not working.....and to my surprise files which i just downloaded dated 1 Feb 2008 to 14 Feb 2008 get downloaded easily and converted smoothly but not 24 jan to 31 jan files.....WHat is the main prob... i don't understand..

I downloaded again but no rspite.. any more solution..

I deleted all option quotes ,, the file size is now become.. just 79 kb.. still it is not converting.

I am uploading converted F&O files both options and Futures for 23rd Jan 2008 to 31st Jan 2008.

This conversion is from development version. As I thought your post as SOS so I have converted these files and uploaded. please check it.

I am sorry for the undue delay in release. just got it back.If in two days it is finished then I will release it else it has to wait for next weekend.
