General Trading Chat

CNBC's Hindi channel CNBC Awaz is celebrating its 10th anniversary today. They have lined up great interviews with some topnotch fund managers/experts. In the morning they had Samir Arora, followed by Ridham Desai,Ramdeo Agrawal,Ramesh Damani.....many more are lined up throughout the day.

All their views are very studied views . These may not help in immediate buy/sell in trading but it gives overall picture of what to expect in next 10-12 years.

I hope they announce the re-runs timings too. Also, make it available on moneycontrol/youtube. Bad timing for important events, International Kite Festival in Surat today :) also, generally a festive atmosphere.

I donot know how many of us read the business magazines like Business India, Business World, Business Today, Economic and Political weekly. These help in unserstanding the business and knowing how economy is doing and which sector and companies are doing well in that .If we dont want to buy these magazines, join a good liabrary nearby and read all these.

Must read for all traders....we must raise above "bought here and sold there" and see the bigger picture for wealth creation as wealth creation needs time in investments than timing the investments.....for buying and selling in trading we have our systems but these information greatly helps in building wealth through investments.

Do we all read financial newspapers atleast ?? Start with reading atlest one financial newspaper.

I have a feeling, I may be wrong, If crude oil prices continue to decline and stabilize at those levels, many of the oil producing countries will face civil unrest.. There may be world political tension is what I'm predicting IF crude falls further
V r already witnessing d situation in oil producing countries as described by u wch strtd wel before wen crude was abv 100 $:D

Crude prices have halved since petrol deregulation.

I think I was paying Rs.80/L when deregulation was announced. Today I'm paying Rs.68 ?

We are all contributing to bridge the budget deficit :thumb:

Jai Ho!
Possibly 1 or 2 years Govt will enjoy the benefit to reduce deficit and get credit of improved economy. After 2 years only, people can get benefit of price fall if the fall will be in place then.

Even i read e-books but I make a hard copy out of it through DTP Centers..I tried hard, but dimag ka paper sey aisa connection hai..ki kagaj pey likha hi dimag main jata hai..I hope books ,news paper & magazines keep coming another 40-50 years in paper atleast till I live..
