No surprise,
if today also market opens flat with a positive bias
OR
Market open with negative bias or gap down and bounce northwards. :D

Market is waiting for some kind of trigger to move northwards.
The reason, why our market is falling, beside global weakness is,
Though Parliament is in session but no work

But bro the way it is falling is suspicious. When it falls it drops with gaps. Also I think all major company results are out then why bank nifty is cracking. If it does not recover tomorrow then i think it is looking for more down move. BTW I am long in nifty and hoping to recover.

BankNifty is falling because of Mallya episode
and the loans banks has disbursed (to the tune of several thousand crores) to some companies against the shares and the value of those shares has doomed and the worth of those companies has reduced.

NF must cross and sustain above 7800 for a recovery.
But the indications of an upmove is still intact in the charts.
What I anticipate from charts, if there is no immediate recovery (at open) then NF may fall some 30-40 points and then recover.

BTW, immediate recovery is also visible in BNF charts as well.

Mallya is a small fish compared to the big sharks.

The corporates which form the House of Debt group are as follows—Adani Group, Essar Group, GVK group, GMR group, Jaypee Group, JSW Group, Lanco Group, Reliance ADAG, Vedanta Group and Videocon Group.

The question is why just Mallya? What about the other corporates who have borrowed from banks and are now not repaying their loans? They owe the banks close to Rs 2,51,000 crore. Mallya owes just Rs 9,000 crore.

Why is the same aggression missing when it comes to the other borrowers?

One of my friend's friends had a loan of around 1.5 Crore and he could't pay. The banks opened a CBI enquiry against them with the help of state government.

20 guys of CBI raided his house at 1:30 AM (night), locked all the doors and took his brother away with them for enquiry and asked his brother to call him(friends friend).

I Wonder if they would do the same these big people.
