If the debtor is a common man, the bank will attach the property of the guarantor:mad:
Then Banks become the most efficient.

Wilful defaulters owe public sector banks Rs 66,190 crore, says Jayant Sinha

This is a Union Minister of Finance admitting this in parliament. We can't even imagine about the debtors who don't have a "wilful defaulter" tag attached to them.
Can go upto atleast 4-5 times of this amount as almost or more than 2.85 Lakh crore is yet to be recovered.

Suppose your trade is in small to moderate profit. And the market becomes tuk tuk. What to do now

1. Book profit
2. SL at cost
3. Disciplined trading irrespective of what market is doing

pichhle din agar market gir gaya to agale din market thanda rahega..
-ST dada said so..

maane garmi me thandi ka ehsaas...darmi cool powder
-yeh mai keh raha hu :D
well,thats the way market works,right..
Trend>sideways>trend>consolidation>sideways>then Breakout>Failed BO>Reversal>Start of a New Trend.

Doesnt matter what you follow-Trend or Some other method. You've to save yourself in such slow,tuktuk,ping-pong,ding-dong market, else we will face a Drawdown.

Last day,one of my friends missed a yummy fall though he's trading a trend method and If he's ridding small scalps today in this range, who'll save him?

Once the capital has gone,we wont dare to take a next trade. Thus,One should need atleast 5 lakhs to trade NF(or stock Fut) else assume they are indeed doing timepass in the stock market.

hmm... :D

No, I am holding short positions in NF swing but yesterday had covered some positions due to the following :

1) Japanese market fell 600 points each for 2 days but we managed to limit the damage.Japan markets are closed today so there wont be any pressure from them today.Japan will now open on Monday as there is holiday there.

2) US Markets were ripe for a corrective bounce.

3) Our markets had good buying support at lower prices so a corrective rally was expected today.....

So still in short position in swing.

ST Da,
1)Do you factor all these in while entering or exiting a trade.

2) In intraday, when there is a gap down, under what conditions would you go long?
