It seems as if the entire world is long on Axis bank. I am still long, Daily technical analyst on CNBC were giving long calls on this.

Unrelated:

If I assume 100% PA is a good return for a swing trader (on capital).

So for a comfortable living 20lacs is the minimum capital required?

And assuming a leverage of 5X a position of 1cr. would have to be taken in the market.

Am I correct in my calculation of something is missing? isnt it too high a position size for a retail trader?

I am connected with the markets for last 20 years.. as student,sub-broker,trader etc.. and I am yet to find a person who made long term money with borrowed capital from brokers. Brokers surely made lot of money by charging as high as 26 % interest on the capital.

26%. Even mutual funds returns 20% in long term at their best.

IV data is suggesting bigger move on downside.Whats your view ap*?
Sir I'm off a bearish outlook as well since 7900s hasn't been breached . Oi data seems like we should test 7700 again. Since it wasn't clear yesterday I'm on nifty 7900 straddle. Will exit at 7600 or 8100. 7600 being most profitable. Both these extreme ends are from the view that nifty hasn't yet played its monthly range out.
