Buzzstop,

No rate cut has already been factored in by the markets. So if there is one, it will be a positive surprise. As with Fed, the tone and tenor of commentary will matter.... Good monsoon, prices stabilizing in will lead to rate cut...
Yeah, no rate cut is priced in, as is a good monsoon. Maybe Rajan will fiddle with other factors (other than Repo, Revers repo and CRR). I think there are 20 odd factors that they decide on. RBI must be very sore about the earlier rate cuts not being passed on sufficiently by the banks.

yes, most of the earlier rate cuts were used by the banks for their own benefits.

If RR has decided not to renew his term ( as per some media reports ) chances of him going for aggressive rate cuts in last qtr of his tenure is very less in my opinion.

ST da,

Do we keep fix no like 50 pts from high in nf to look for deep to enter longs, or we just look for failures down side in lower tf to enter whenever it comes .. may be 50/70 or 100 pts?

Thanks and Regards

Yes if the trend is up and we get 40-50 points dip, we must buy.Where to buy and where to keep a SL is a matter of trading tactics but we must be looking to buy in a dip.

I doubt if continuation of tenure will have anything to do with Rajan's banking decisions.
