Yes, you will get 10 shares free...but the price ex bonus will come down to almost 60-65 %. But good stocks the price will double from this level in 1-2 years. Bonus means that the reserves of the company are strong and management is confident of maintaining high growth in future.

Ideally ex bonus price should be 50 % in case of 1:1 bonus but it will trade higher than that.

Ex bonus date is after this date the share will quote ex bonus and if you buy after this date you wont get bonus .

ST sir, just a fundamental query regarding trading in the direction of higher time frame: say 30min/5min,
When do we say that trend has changed from down to up in higher time frame?
---- when a 30min bar with a higher high and higher low is formed than the previous bar or we need a higher pivot also (in 30min chart).
This has been a confusion from the beginning, please clarify.
