Recently i went to my native place. It is small town, population <3 lakhs.
There Jio was running at 15Mbps and in peak time also 10 Mbps was maintained.
That was my first hand experience of Jio.
I am quite impressed. If pricing is affordable, many ppl will continue using it.

Though they have to improve. Some apps/websites using https did not work.
Was using Indigo Airlines app. It didn work properly but Gmail and others were ok.

Exact limit not known as most of my IT is in the form of TDS paid on FD and advance tax as adviced by my CA,but in few years when my tax liability was over Rs 1 Lakh in over and above TDS and advance tax paid, I had to pay interest....
