Just limiting my self to one trade in intraday it will be very rare that i can get a second trade ..today ended with one trade of 70 point loss in BNF

Going with "Pareto principle" LINK

which says that 20 % of the clients produce 80% of the revenue for any company same way for traders 20 % of the market produce 80 % of result,which we name it as trending and remaining is all whipsaw action and jumping japang in this japang we lose all which we got in trending !!!!

Try trading on few days and look for shorting opportunities. I'm trading this market from the short side only. I identify shorting opportunity and go heavily short, the plan has paid me off well.
