Yes, got a BUY signal .. but it seems it is not a strong one..
There will be another BUY in some time.. which is likely to be be a stronger signal.. but before that I think it should touch 23500 or below maybe 23400... on Banknifty

I'm sure that the government will come up with some good plans. Narendra Modi was admired as a "reconstruction specialist" after the 2001 earthquake.
