Do you really need a mentor or a coach?
The best golfer in the world thinks so! Tiger Woods pays his coach over 1 million dollars per year! Yet he makes over 50 million dollars per year. In fact, all professional athletes have coaches to help make them better. The reason you choose to spend the money on coaching is to shorten that learning curve over which all traders have to travel, while increasing your levels of success; it is a cost of doing business. Remember if you are or want to be a professional trader you are in a business

Now can lenders of kingfisher airlines claim that 515crs ?

No idea bhai...I have still not reached a stage where my volume will make any difference to market....so I have never bothered about it.

What's the max single order you or others have seen - just observation or from fellow traders experience - which doesn't need to be broken down through programmatic trading

Scalping...

It can give decent returns when trading futures, yes. But the trades are never satisfactory. One can't afford to have a backup of 15-20 lots. Can do it in equities by spreading the orders.

e.g. if I want to sell Union Bank and my chart tells me sell at 113 SL 115, I can spread sell orders between 112.5 and 114.5, maybe selling 500 qnty at 25 paisa intervals.

But in futures, I have to sell 3000 in one go, and wait for the price to go my way. If I sell at 112.5 and the price goes to 113.25, all my mind sees is a "loss" of 2200 Rupees. That's when one loses sight of all the trading strategies and panics.

If it's mallaya's personal income - then they cannot - if the income belongs to any company which owes lenders - than they can ask for it

IMHO it's his to splurge :)
