Basically.today counts as a gap against our direction of play but not below our stops..........we wait for the 5min bar to form.Lows of 5min bar correspond to our stops(2 bar method and a mini pivot).

Therefore reversal happens below the 5min bar........simply because our SAR is hit and we reverse our positions.

HDIL Short below 91-f ..
I see a pivot at 92.65 .. the first bar made a low of 91 hence shifted SAR at 91-f.
Whats your view.

littel early but will bring down SAR in NIFTY at 12pm bar if the current bar does not take 12pm high.

as per gap rule, is it necessary that low of 5min bar should break below PL of 60 min chart for confirmation of short ?

Ditto for few stocks as well - Reliance, RelInfra, Rcap.
Missed the reversal today - 'woke up' only after Saint's post - Thanks Saint.

Saint sir,
I missed the trade so stick with my SAR @2767-f.Your unpresence in this thread cause too much to us (newbies).Please sir,give some clues about sar everyday which guide us in proper way.
