MT99, HIGH OF 11.00 BAR (2792.2) IS OUR PIVOT ... BUT FILTER SAVES IT FROM TAKEN BY 2.00 BAR(2796.9)

.IF IT IS TAKEN BEFORE 2.00 PM THEN RIGHT OR WE SHIFT OUR sar to 2.00 bar high +filter after 2.00.01

Can we move the SAR to 655 + f, is this is a valid congestion pivot?
