just a query .. doesn't you find 2.00 pm hourly bar on 9th as pivot high which coincides with 5min bar on 12th...with this i would reverse to long on 5 min bar of 12th ..

Nope vineet, IMO pivot is 11:00 bar high on 9th.

let me try this.

IMHO, we shift SAR to 9th 11 AM bar after the completion of 3 pm bar of 9th.

to shift SAR to 2pm bar, we don't have a new low after 3 pm.

my understanding. correct me if I am wrong.

let me try this.

That would mean we will always leave the last (latest) PH (in case of shorts) when prices reverse.
