for the purists the visible low of thursday is the pivot, but since a lot of visible pressure is being put on SAint (some by the markets too), he is trying to protect you... but lets understand we are , by questioning every move, making this method anticipatory rather than the original reactionary, imho

this method needs lot of practice to adapt & amend when we get the hang of it, till then the founder support is unquestionably the best , but once you follow the rhythm & get it with eyes closed, you will surely reach where Saint is, to edit the moves, till then lets practice what's preached... our pockets may get burned sometimes, but to learn & get the bigger moves its a necessary evil... (& I'm sure most of us have burned bigger pockets without even a system in the past), rewatch Saint's video, a part of it he said you enter reverse enter reverse, till you get the right direction... & this is that moment of time

More great stuff,my friend...........this thread is fortunate and honoured to have your posts....Keep em coming.

Trading systems or methodologies should never be firm and rigid.Markets change continuously and trading systems have to be "tweaked" to accomodate the changed charecteristics of the mkt. I would go a step further and say that 70% of the time which a trader devotes (apart from trading hrs) is spent on gathering new trading ideas, incorporating in your trading system, fine tuning it and backtesting, forward testing and keep improving or "tweaking"keeping the core idea the same. And if some changes are incorporated to reduce the risk in a trade,it is a great improvement in the system.

Rigid "purist "traders who do not change with the markets will break their head against the wall of their own rigidness. The fact that rigid methodologies fail is amply proved by grand failures of Robert Prechter (Elliot Wave) who was calling a Dow top trom 4000 and Richard Dennis ( Turtles originator)closing his managed futures business.

Trading is all about constantly changing !!! If it was taking a system and following it without any "tweaks" our jobs as traders will be much easier.

Trading is never a pure science. It is a "Scientific Art or Artistic Science "!!!

Best Wishes,Trade Well ( with or without "tweaks" )!!!!

Saint, I know we've been following the 60min trend to take a position in ABAN or Nifty..But I thought I'll just post my analysis related to ABAN and see if everyone agrees or disagrees..and maybe you could also verify my findings...

After, looking at the ABAN Spot chart, I came to a conclusion that a Bullish Harami candle was formed reflecting trend reversal from bearish to bullish...monday's higher closing should confirm this trend reversal...I have also attached the ABAN chart....

please provide suggestions/comments...
