I know almost all of us are short and must be cheering the fall on Dow and world markets, but in my humble opinion this is the time to be sad. The forecast for all of us is not good. It is the total failure of finance and economy. I am worried about the future.
Sorry not posted at anyones post or view, but just the other side of the coin.

I do not feel sad at all. It is a simple reaction of over-extending ourselves. Finanacial companies who went MUCh beyond their means need no sympathy. In fact they need to be punished for bringing a majority of the economy downwards due to their careless busuness practice.

I know its off topic.
But I agree it is the irresponsibility of the governments and financial institutions. But at the end of the day who is going to suffer? Them or us?
We our children, our presents and loved ones loose their jobs financial security. Think about the old people counting on the mutual fund money when they retire. The real culprits never be charged or punished.
