I think there is no harm in putting up filters which currently people are using for once at least.

As we are not discussing the trades live but filters can be put up once to get things rolling.

Suzlon from Prabh, Educom from Komal and others if these have not been put up once at least on the main thread.

Has anyone looked into ITC and HUL for 60 min flow trading? These have been very stable even in this huge downturn.

We would better trade stocks that jump up and down rather than these stable ones, what say??

Agreed Prabh but I was thinking more in lines of smooth movement up and down instead of jerks, v- shaped movements, which play havoc and take out your filters also i.e., less whipsaws. We make money both ways so if a stock behaves in an orderly fashion then we can sit back and have coffee and on a sunny afternoon shift outside with our laptop and have a beer if the wifey or GF can stand such behaviour before sundown.

Thats strange Komal, anybody following strict Risk Management where only 1-2 % of risk is put on a trade should not have Margin problems trading any stock future, unless you are using more leverage than Money Management allows you, the margin is none of our concerns

I just mean to say considering same risk involved in Stocks and Nifty the employed capital reqd to trade Nifty is less. In simple terms it means that absolute money employed for nifty is lesser than required for stocks.

EDUCOMP is another stock which give good moves as per 60 min flow. Chart is clean.

Educomp gives good results but it's initial risk is always high and doesn't exactly fit into my MM rules hence staying away, but definitely gives good results if your risk taking capacity is more.

RIL future didnt touch 1180. It made a high of 1178 in 13:15 bar on 01-dec.
I dont have cash chart.

Guys help me out.
ABAN Gap rule must have been applied today. first5minhigh+filter.
What is happening is subsequent bars are making HH LH pattern but are not taking high of previous bar + filter.
So in such case what shall I do .. keep moving my SAR.
