Thanks bee & prabhajeet
I had this effect when i started looking charts of Stock futures like L&t,aban, relcap.
There is less problems in stock futures. Can u say 2 best & good stocks to trade in futures
Bee is totally correct about all the difficulties in trading Nifty, I myself dont like trading Nifty too much as it is very prone to manipulations and all.
Everyone should seriously consider following Stock futures instead
I agree that there are times when it is difficult to trade Nifty.
But I have been trading it using some tweaks and it gives me a decent trade overall.
Also one advantage trading Nifty is margin amount requires is less. As compared to stocks where one need 30-40% of margin money for nifty its only 20%.
So there are pros and cons together.
By all means carry on with NF as this method has evolved with NF trading a lot and people have now got the grip of it also after a huge struggle. It was a very good learning exercise but as we go along we can see stock futures also. My post was to point towards that direction because the discussions have long been centred around NF trading only.
High time we make this more vibrant with stock futures also. Later I visualise separate thread for separate stock future as each will have its own nuances.
This will spawn a very vibrant and rich trading forum.

Thats strange Komal, anybody following strict Risk Management where only 1-2 % of risk is put on a trade should not have Margin problems trading any stock future, unless you are using more leverage than Money Management allows you, the margin is none of our concerns
