GAIN: 60.45 POINTS (LESS FILTER SPACE)


Trade 3:
SHORT 92.1 STOP 97.9
CURRENT STOP

For the last trade, reverse to short at 92.1, what is the rule ?

For the last trade, reverse to short at 92.1, what is the rule ?

Pivot low (aggressive,because of low of 4 bars sideways movement low) getting cracked.

Hi Rakesh,

I did not understand the reason for going short on trade 1. is it ggressive pivot ? if so same rule should have been applie on 3rd also and reversed it to short. can you explain a bit ?

btw, these charts are very useful and i am hoping this weekly discussion will help us trade better in coming weeks

Ckear break of PL.Don't think of pivot now as 3 bars,5 bars,open palm etc etc ,that was when we all were learning to identify pivots. Think of pivot as a point where the flow direction changes.

Green bar,next bar cracks the low of green bar,then the next bar breaksout and makes a new high,unable to sustain,and breaks a low of middle bar ( a pivot low here )and hence the short trade.

On 3rd the case is not identical.Look at it carefully,you will understand.

All are combined into "right pivots" now.

I will go with red line as a brake of sideways consolidation towards down..

Mein kyaa chal diya galat "disha" yaa "flow"?
Samajhaa mein bhi thaa lagega "Two Bar Funda"
Ab dekhte hein.....
Market loss kaa, Kisko maaregi Dandaa ??!

I'll go with blue line. At this line a topping tail high was overcome after taking support. On the red line, an inside bar bar formed,high of bar previous to this was not overcome. So red line does not present a strong support.
