It would be appreciated if someone explain the terms inside bar ,Resting Bar & Bar of reversal.

I know there were lots of discussions regarding these early in this thread, but I am confused.

An example with chart would be much appreciated.

In 30 min chart nifty future has a clear pivot high.let us wait.
