sorry for butting in, 12pm bar formed a pivot. But lets not get into discussion on mini, obvious and major pivots. Trade what you see.

When people like us backtest...they look for situations where we cud have gone 'impure'.

Surely will help all of us to learn more.

Not missed much Milind. The stops for aggressive were 3888-15.
Personally I was 'pure' today, as the cost of it was only 25 points.

Don't exactly like the word "Impure"...

But Rakesh,be careful on oscillating between Pure and Aggressive unless you have a definite method to it.Else fine.....

I have not been keeping up to each post in this thread,especially seeing how well many of you are managing.......so not sure about how each move was handled.

Shall post a chart aftermarket.........maybe last 2 moves

Yes MJ you are right but i am still missing lot of things actually i m in a veiw to use 30 min after a prolonged trend so as we are strugling to start a new directional trend so thought this may not be the time to use 30 min pivot

just my veiw may be seriously missing something

Satya I have started using 2 bar or 30 min. pivot on stock futures whenever I see a move of 20% without any pivots, trying to find similar percentage for Nifty so that I atleast know when to turn aggressive
