hari....its basically 4 bar rule

BAR 1 forms.

BAR 2 LH-LL .......Short triggered below BAR 1 with room.Stops above high of BAR1

BAR 3 LH-LL.......Nothing to be done.Stops where it was.

BAR 4 LH-LL.......Nothing to be done till it is completed.After the end of the 4th Bar,move stops to the high of BAR 2.

From here,2 possibilities:
a) BAR 5 does not make a LL,keep stops at high of BAR 2.
b) BAR 5 makes a LL,then move stops to the high of BAR 3.

So on so forth for Bar 6.

Vineet, pls correct the following:

As per the 4 bar rule the stop is at the 2nd bar. Now upon seeing any potential for a reversal (when tfs converge) we will have to set our SAR. Hence, as of now only stop be placed (and not SAR).

4th bar complete. Stop moved to bar 2 high i.e. 2754+7 (10.30 bar high)

if its another ll\lh bar then we do exactly that ...but its a WRB & it will treat like that

so SAR at WRB high..

And while the next bar (30 min) is being formed we can ponder over this rule:

"WRB at the end of an uptrend:Usually coupled with big volumes.Wait for the next bar to form.Short below the low of the 2nd bar."

Today it is a downtrend so shouldn't the reverse should be true ???

arm..too early to say yet...yes if gets to atleast half of the wrb range..and then the next bar starts of the current bar high then we can go for sar...actually resting bar concept...
