Below are a few scenarios,There are many more.......still in the process of collecting various possibilities.

a)30min Chart is making LH-LL,60min is making LH-LL,and the 15min makes a non-visual pivot break.........will not show up on the 30,60,so no reversal.

b)30min Chart is making LH-LL,then forms a Hammer....15min charts no higher pivot low.....60min charts still bearish.....no reversal

c)30min chart is making LH-LL,......then a doji or a hammer with bottoming tails........15min shows up as a higher pivot low or sideways pattern.....60min shows a doji,etc......Reversal!

d)30min chart shows LL-LH,.......15min shows lower pivot highs and lows.....60min shows yet another bearish candle.........and then a swift move past the previous high on the bearish candle on the 60min chart......Reversal!

e)30min chart shows LL-LH.......all time frames down....and then a WRB on high volume that closes near its lows,followed by a bullish candle(no problem....resting candle....expect the next move to be a continuation move down......not getting it is reversal...Buy above the bullish candle.

Many more........these are few.....in the process of compiling them all.Will discuss at length about all possibilities at a later date.

again i will say its not the actual size in no but how the candle ends...
yes if croasses 2700 till 11.58 but in last 2 mins the whole candle negates with topping large tail and just small real body then its not of any use....we need a real body of the candle for such resting bar and wrb...
again my views...

It only have a 15 point more than the last bar. So difficult to say...as WRB.Check the high low of each bar. In my opinion it should be extremely wide.

More art than science,Hari.....the WRB is made out in comaprison with the others.It stands out larger than the rest,and closes near its lows.

The 11:30 bar is a WRB .......so far,stops using the 4 bar rule method,but with this,move your stops to the high of the WRB + f

If price has power to take out the highs of the wrb,price is giving you a signal of its intentions,its strength.......and we want to be there to catch that reversal as well.

Stops at the high of the 11:30 bar.

Am just trying to revise the concept as never faced that situation, does not apply today but if the bullish bar was 50% or more, the what would we do?

For those who consider 11:30 Bar as WRB. If the 12:00 Bar had high above 2700+, would we consider it as "Resting Bar". ?

well that means the price tries to bounce back & is threating ..then we can reverse on that but has to choose very carefully

sar as it is...think so..

amit..the other night we were discussing...15 tf today having a pivot(though minor) but nothing to support from 30 tf ....nor much indication from 60tf...
so not shifting of sar....

Okay. So now I see how and why we have to refer to multi tfs.

On similar lines, a recent post read:

"arm..too early to say yet...yes if gets to atleast half of the wrb range..and then the next bar starts of the current bar high then we can go for sar...actually resting bar concept... "

Allow me to paraphrase the above. I look forward to your corrections/additions to the following:

After a WRB (Bar1), if the next bar (bar2) undoes around half of Bar1, and then if Bar3 crosses the high+7 of bar2 (by then I suppose other tfs too would show signs of reversal) then SAR.
