Re: Saint's Intraday Miniflow - live discussion

Hello Amit

You mentioned about a rule book. You can post your "rule book" after markets today. Seniors can then give you feedback and maybe it will also help others

Looks like a Mini break out failure. Anyways pivot is only 3 pts away.

for short has before...for long just made ph to go over it..though not much diff between prev ph and the current one..if considering this as a pivot...

My entry point for long is 12:30 high + f and for short is 10:30 low -f (Since diff between 10:30 low and 12:00 low is only 1 point.)

the 14 & 7 are diff for everyone here means MF range nearly between 14 & 20...SF ranges in 7 to 10..depends upon individual prefence & backtesting....

about mov SF in move 2..yes thats too depend upon you ..if you are not comfortable there or bar is too small to your liking ..you can move it but better do backtest this ..

vineet
In conclusion, ideally speaking, SF is not moved in the case of Move2.

Okay

No testing nothing for now. I will stick to this rule.

Thanks,

Hello

It's more like congetion / 20 points sideway move, nothing much to read in it.

Hope we get a good move out of it on either direction :)

Not skipping it. Just that there is only 1 pt difference between that low and the 10:30 low. Feel it is better to get into a good trade 1 pt late than enter a bad one 1 pt early.

By the way, I use ODIN and there could easily be an error of 1 pts as quotes are only once in 4 seconds. Even if we consider the range created from 10:30 bar onwards, 10:30 low is the bottom of the range and 12:30 high is the top of the range. :)

Do you use PIB? Same for me.

Also, sometimes my charts does not show from the start inspite of doing "synch". It shows from a random point say like from 1 pm onwards.

Would you know how I can see those charts from 9.55 onwards again?

Amit,

Sorry, I dont use PIB. Just ODIN. No automatic candle charts (there is now, but it is a joke :) ). So I construct my own charts by importing the data to xls. Pretty easy.
