2) resting bar should be in level to prev wrb along with good 50/60 % height...if yes the bullish bar qualifies to that level..we can go for reversal..but need some support from 30tf too...my views...

Correct, now I see that resting bar concept does not apply here. But it is a hammer yaar. May be it is due to the data disparity weve been having since morning. Someone using PIB pls confirm whether the the 1.00 hourly bar is a hammer or not. Tks.

NIFTY breaks 2544 on really good vol of approx 8 lac.

Sir, you mean to say that such reversal is applicable to any WRB which gets negated by more than 50%. ?
I used to think that this reversal is applicable to only the pivot breakout bar/ pivot breakout WRB.

This reversal aplicable to any WRB.

Saint sir has written beautiful posts while replying to Alex's questions in mini flow master thread. Have a look at those posts.

hourly is not a hammer...amit, there are some situation which demand reversals as said by saint sir:

a)30min Chart is making LH-LL,60min is making LH-LL,and the 15min makes a non-visual pivot break.........will not show up on the 30,60,so no reversal.

b)30min Chart is making LH-LL,then forms a Hammer....15min charts no higher pivot low.....60min charts still bearish.....no reversal

c)30min chart is making LH-LL,......then a doji or a hammer with bottoming tails........15min shows up as a higher pivot low or sideways pattern.....60min shows a doji,etc......Reversal!

d)30min chart shows LL-LH,.......15min shows lower pivot highs and lows.....60min shows yet another bearish candle.........and then a swift move past the previous high on the bearish candle on the 60min chart......Reversal!

e)30min chart shows LL-LH.......all time frames down....and then a WRB on high volume that closes near its lows,followed by a bullish candle(no problem....resting candle....expect the next move to be a continuation move down......not getting it is reversal...Buy above the bullish candle.

Good question,our SAR should be above WRB high and not at resting bar's high. We would have kept at resting bar's high if resting bar had closed above 50 % of WRB which was not so in today's case.
