One basic question.

2687+10 was entry.
2.00 bar made 2696 (one point short).
Question: So now where should my entry be?
a) At a new level of 2696+10 or
b) unchanged, still @ 2687+10?

(I was under the impression that the entries at pivots are not movable. Hence the filters are sf and not MovFil)

There was a fairly long discussion on moving the filter bar by bar ( in mini flow) as against pivot by pivot in 60 min from there on ,I have been using small f after pivot is formed and moving it bar by bar. Saves many false starts but in case like today it leaves us out of the trade. Trade off I guess....

Now. I think we can bring STOPS to 15.00 bar low ( which is also Pivot low on 15) to protect ourselves.

manoj u can trail stop as new highs made bring stop near and near...so that in case if moves down u dont get much cut in profit....

Start booking profits. And keep some for 3:28,good trend now.

manoj u can trail stop as new highs made bring stop near and near...so that in case if moves down u dont get much cut in profit....

What Criteria you use for trailing stops to protect profit ? is it pivot on 5 min or bar by bar on 5 min or anything else?

Sir, What will be the safer time to exit considering ... if there is sudden Net Failure, Computer hang, Brokers phone are coming contiguously engage ... all the three at a time. Because if we can not close our position intraday and on another day if market Gaps down with big Gap ( For Ex.100), then we may be in big loss. So I keep my criteria to exit at 3.10 PM so that if all the three problems arise at at time, then I can go personally at Broker to close my positions Intraday. Am I right here?

manoj under such circumstances...i get my stop near as and when new highs made...i.e moving stops on the same bar .....if the new high is made by five pts...will bring stop closer by 5 pts on the same bar...in order to lock in profit...it hits then out...

You mean to say 30 min bar or 5 min Bar ?
