I think add is now HOD + sf, plz ans

We are in last 30 min. Dont add, concentrate on booking profits. Dont book all profits. Shorts may get squeezed in the end giving us icing on our cake.

IMHO. instead of add I will concentrate more on profit booking because session is near to closing.
