is 11.30 bar on 30tf (no not taking clue from any other tf just 30 tf) a ph or a mini ph or is not a pivot ?
this will clear some of my doubts to the great extent

TIME FRAME CONVERGENCE

I will give you a short description of Time Frame Convergence. It is a concept of Multiple Timeframes.We have our main TF as 30 min but many a times 30 min speaks too late and there is no indication such as pivot,breakout failures etc . But 30 and 60 min TF are starting their moves and 15 has already started. We take advantage of this early start on 15 Min TF to have early entry.

Suppose 15 min has a PL but 30 is still silent. Then do we enter on only 15 min pivot ? The answer is CLEAR NO. But when we have a situation when 15 min PL is breaking and a 30 min completed bar is showing black candle and/or 60 min is also bearish,we know that all TF are converging to going short below 15 min PL.

Todays short and long signal both had TimeFrame convergence in them. Study these charts and find out yourself....apply your mind...it is easy...you will get it...I leave the homework to you ,friends...

In my opinion,. it can not be said as Pivot ( Looking at Visual Obvious part which is essence of this method.)

11.30 not ph, but very close to 12.00 ph.

11:30 bar not a PH. 12:00 bar is a PH though very close to 11:30 H

Long above 11.30 bar High +SF
Short below 11.00 bar Low-SF
