ST Sir,

Could you please provide us a heads-up in Ambush trading. I understand that we are supposed to train ourselves in that method, in fact I am looking forward to it. It will work towards ones maturity as a trader. However, just a little heads up in one particular scrip, NIFTY-FUTURES, of which we watch every bar will be of much help.

More specifically, if a group of us could trade only Ambush trades in Nifty Futures then we could raise each others' levels of awareness. Needless to say that this setup will come to fruition only if there is a senior moderating.

Awaiting enthusiatic response from the friends in the forum and a positive response from ST sir. :) <ST sir, pls oblige... one last time.. I promise :)

PS: Low voter turn-out has always been a problem in this nation :)

Re: Saint's Intraday Miniflow - live discussion

just quoting a post from saint :

" I am hoping to impress upon the brain without using too many words, definitions and guidelines………..Trading is like walking.Tough when you are starting out as a kid.But you see ppl who can walk and you figure it out,the brain does its thing and voila, magic of magic, you walk…..If the father were to draw up rules and guidelines, which muscle to flex followed by the extension of another muscle, the psychological implications, the reasons to learn walking, pros and cons of walking, the later steps of leaping and jumping and running and sprinting,………that child would probably never learn to walk.Even if such a crazy father did exist,Nature is great, the child doesn't understand a word and walks anyway.:)

Just as in walking, there are all kinds of processes going on for that particular trade……………but the usage of so many words has a crippling effect.Which is not to say that it is free style and we do whatever we want. Not at all……..instead I am hoping to get through by showing that something can be done and how it can be achieved. And I am hoping that……like that child that figured out how to walk by observing and then letting his brain do its thing, you will figure this out by the art of observation.I will be only too glad to answer questions.

This method naturally puts off the majority that wants Words all listed out in a Page, and once they really understand all the words, they are off to another system, another frontier hitherto unconquered…………….and in all of this the real reason for us being here, which is that we are here to learn how to trade and finally trade,is lost.

So,we do it this time without too many words…..we do it this time by showing you what I see, hand holding you initially, and then as a concerned parent, letting go of the hands and watching from afar if all is fine…………….Most will understand it,but most cannot trade it for they need the words…..But then there are those few that will get it and it's a a-ha moment for them as they watch and learn and allow their calm,non-logical,non word based brains to figure it out. "

just for those who miss it on other site

thanx

Not agreeing with you amit. Why could you develop yourselves? All the inventories are freely available in front of you.

Trading both the methods on same counter would be toughest way of learning Ambush ....

How do you resolve the fact that one may be short on Mini-Flow when the ambush needs us to take a long position?

It would be better to trade banknifty on Ambush, but do consider new thread for that

Hari,

In PIB you can open multiple charts for one scrip. Say if I want to open three charts for Nifty futures, with 15, 30, 60 time frames is that possible?

Thanks.
