Good Morning to all,

I think as Nifty value is increased and also there is high volatility, we must use higher filter values than using previously. I think backtesting of previous month data will not help to arrive at appropriate filter value at this moment as there is sudden rise in NF value as well as volatility. So we must use higer filter values as per our discretion for few days. What you say ST Sir / Vineet?

Totally agree Manoj , we must increase filter value of NF and i have increased NF entry/reversal/add filter value.

Lets hope this volatility settles down fast. Makes trading difficult, plus increased margin requirement. One lot of Mini now requires almost 25K

Volatility is mean reversing.....sometime back we had dull period...no volatility....now large volatility...but will soon have low volatility.

Predicting volatility is much easy and definite than predicting price....I wish we could predict both ......:lol:

Mkt is much more sober today.....
