What is the meaning of "Trading based on VIX/Volatility is going to be a reality soon" ? Is there going to be some change in the way NSE operates or some research of yours is going to take wings?

In addition, ST da, there are ways to delta neutral ones spread/trades. If one can sell high volatility and buy low and at the same time keep the spread delta neutral successfully, which is a task in itself, then we have a winner.

Thanks. Found this from one of the many threads which Saint replied.

Question: what do we use 15 mins bar from 10:00 am to 11:00 am for?
Answer: we use 15min for pivot confirmation( if there's any) and move our stops accordingly....
here's an excerpt from saint
ACTION:Raise stops to the pivot low using the 15min charts.........yep,no waiting for confirmation from higher TFs.Why?Simply
because we don't have enough information from the higher TFs.

This applies till 11.00 and after 3.00.

now SAR should be 10:30 bar low-sf.here TFA is agree that30min(10:30 bar) and60min(11:00 bar)low is same.

HEM... we would like to have a lower PL in 15 before pulling the trigger. Plus 60 min should print a bearish bar or at the very least a very taily bar.

I am not too sure about raising SAR just yet.

True. But our pivot was formed of 10:45 15min bar? Pls correct if wrong.

But Hemant... This situation was there at 11.00 also. Then why we have not raised SAR at that time?

Well, Manoj... if that 15 min low was hit prior to 11.00 then it'd be valid. Not after.

Manoj ,In my view Because 10:30 bar has lower low instead of 11:00 bar and TFA is not agree
with 30 min 11:00 bar.
