As HH & HL been forming since 11/11:30/12/12:30 & 1, should SAR per 2 bar rule? i.e. now 12:30 bar low - F?

I am ur disciple....never will think of becoming a guru....what ever little i know it is all because of u...just trying to interpret in the mkt what ever i have learnt with an intention that there are many learned person here to correct me, thats it......
always wait for everyones comments to correct myself when i am wrong....
