I think we can do it only after 13:00 bar as our rules require 4 consecuitive up bars in 30 min chart to follow two bar rule

My understanding is that the 15 minutes bars are not considered in 2 bar funda!!!! It is always 30 minutes bars !!!

The moment the high of the present bar is broken by the next bar, the SAR shall move to the low of 12 Noon bar less room !!

MJ is spot on, we need atleast 4 bars with hh hl to apply the 2 bar rule

The 4 th bar has to be completed at 1 pm to apply 2 bar rule. This was made very clear by Saint. If the 5th bar breaks high of 4th bar you can shift SL to 3rd bar's low-room. Here 5th bar need not complete.
