What is this 60 min bar rule?

Yesterday Saint used it to lower our SL,now low of 60 min bar -7

Why are we suddenly using 60min bar?
we need a pivot on 15/20 plus 60min bar high/low break.....when all in unision we act accordingly.

A little more light on using the 60min bar low for reversal.
My stops still hangs tight at 3102

3184 Higher PL in 15 min and 30 min charts. SL raised to 3184-7=3177

wish that rate cut news would have come few min earlier before 13:00 bar was completed... anyways we are now looking at potential pivot in lower TF

after 10 / 15 mins, if 3184 is held, our SAR shifts to 3184-7...
this goes with 30 min & 60 min TF too
