Any particular reason for trading with stock futures? Why not day trade in the cash market? Makes it easier to manage risk with the single share lot sizes on the cash markets.

ehh if one lot its not possible .. but with more than one, one can be break even atleast on partial profit booking @ 2nd trade l at 3240 = +44 , third trade s partial book profit at 3170 = + 39 , 4th trade l book aprtial profit at 3245 = +40
whoever done that must be at least break even or sum profit depend on how much they scalped/ booked partial profit.
partial profit by new rules states that on initial risk, key reversal signals like hammer, 60 min candle etc..

Can you explain, please what signals you followed in each instance of profit booking ?

if not nf, not mini nifty and single shares only there is nifty bee ( etf of nifty ) spread is 85 paise ... better than any stock if some 1 is interested in stock at all .. just my view ...

for 3250.. prev day high of 3275 played a part all day long ( we having inside day since yesterday )
on 3170 on 5 min tf we been reversing with wrb ( its personal preferance i scan 5,20,30 n 60 tf for direction )

By posting a BIG picture the relevance is lost as people love to see a picture at a GLANCE.
Hopefully you can do the same by cutting picture using software like (MWsnap) and using
paint writing with BIG font.

was looking around for stuff and stumbled upon Ed Seykota......it definitely suits this thread and a definite dedication to some of the great trend riders in traderji like saint and Satyjit'da.....
and try to get the last 2 lines of the song,remember what saint said about rumors yesterday(repo rates)...
