When the market is closed now... my 2 cents... about this system...
I have always noticed that when ever the high or the low of a bar is taken then the market moves in that direction... a considerable amount... other wise it lands up forming a pivot...
Never dared to trade this 60 min bar to bar... because
1. Man its too slow... day trade means fast... trade now and then (was my assumption)
2. No one talked about trading 60 .... even Saint has spoken about 15/10//5 with 60 as reflection chart! So by obvious limitation of my thought process... never came into mind of trading it...
Even though observed that hourly high/low breached gives significant moves...
My reasons to like this system... or I would say when Saint talked about this system 1st was really elated... because...
1. I do not understand stochasitcs/RSI/TRIX etc.... really unable to interpret... when what crosses over what??? green line blue line....
2. Smaller TF requires active participation... trading with perspective with 60 is really good... trade this method often... but would be much comfortable if I am able to take less trades and make almost the same that with Smaller TF...
Though the risk associated with this method is higher than the smaller... but that risk is more psychological than money risk... as in smaller TF stopping out is also more...
Over all ... my attitude to trade less and look at the screen less... as just I do not want to look at the screen much... this involves a much higher emotional cost to me... which I cannot bear... maybe now I am bearing... but the bills are getting ready to be delivered later... which I do not want... So looking for methods to trade less... make good!
And initially I had this notion of trading and feel heroic if the trade was a success over a small TF... now I am no more in that mood
So thanks Saint... for introducing this to us... yes this system does need some polishing... and best way to feel a part of the system is to be with the system in the developing phase... maybe that is one more reason not to paper trade!
