BTW.. Saint, any particullar reason to not consider the pivot, but to wait for the hour to finish?

TF convergence,the greater importance of the larger TF as compared to the smaller ones.

We had a pivot breakdown on the 20min charts yesterday,without confirmation from the larger TF,only to get negated and continue runningin the same direction.

So stay clear till confirmation.

But today so far so good.......so hold your positions.

20min same thing

60min hammer, once high is taken out, reversal to the long.

However had to strain to understand it, need alot of practice to see it in one glance...don't think I could have taken it if I were trading alone.

Saint looks like a 60min hammer high+ room for the longs, but I dont see a pivot there, a one liner on why this is the reversal point will be nice EOD.

I guess, I will need to see these confirmations from higher tf more carefully in future..

Thanks for teaching a man(Woman) to Fish.Purchased only one lot of minifty at 3098 and sold at 2970. Sorry though it is not as per system but Can not resist the temptation of ending first trade in profit. Thank you saint Sir and all seniors whose questions/answers helped in understanding the subject. For me a big leap. Try to improve and stick to plan tommorrow onward. Thanks again to every one of this great forum.

Thank you Sir for correction. Not understanding the market terms correctly. For me initiating the trade is purchase and closing the same is sale. It may take some more time to be comfortable with terms like long, short, covered, added etc.Thanks

Looking at hold remaining 1/4th for SAR or end of the day.
