Thank you Sir for correction. Not understanding the market terms correctly. For me initiating the trade is purchase and closing the same is sale. It may take some more time to be comfortable with terms like long, short, covered, added etc.Thanks

Hope you have not done same mistake while giving order to your broker.Be careful and use BUY or SELL instead of liquidate,cover etc.
