There is no pivot in 15 also. It is just an inside bar in a rally. Regarding negation, every green bar can't be negation bar. 11:30 bar has negated previous low. This bar is yet to negate our SAR, not previous high.

No pivot on 15 min yet. Its in formation now, may be 1:30 bar would make it clear.
SAR at 10:30 bar + filter

I never post SAR, only my impression to change it as per the rules and situation.

Maybe you can see the pivot on 20 tf and take appropriate action.
